My wife and I really liked the property offered by Mrs. Santos after the first consultation. Ms. Santos spoke openly with me about minor deficiencies, which she later personally helped to correct. Communication with her has always been seamless. In my case, as a buyer, it was paid by the other party. However, she accommodated us in all matters as much as she could. After the notarial appointment, Ms. Santos ensured that the building and the outside area were thoroughly cleaned. We didn't expect that. We were very happy with that. On the day we handed over the keys, she picked up the car we bought online from the dealership for us. She brought us the car at the airport, where we received papers and other documents. This was actually very good and more than you could expect. Ms. Santos left us with a reliable and straightforward impression.
